1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to all orcAI games available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to this website when used as our public privacy notice.

3. Information we collect

orcAI does not create user accounts and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, precise location, payment details, or messages.

The only identifiers our games use for advertising are advertising IDs, so we can show and measure ads through Google AdMob:

• Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID), a resettable advertising identifier provided by Google Play services.
• iOS: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), only when Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt is allowed by the user. If tracking is denied, ads may still appear in a non-personalized form.

These IDs are used solely to link and deliver AdMob ads (including personalized ads where permitted). We do not use them to identify you by name or to build an orcAI user profile outside advertising.

4. Google AdMob

Our games use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. When an ad is requested, Google may process the advertising ID and limited technical data needed to serve, measure, and protect ads (for example, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, and device or diagnostic information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention).

That processing is carried out by Google as described in:

• Google Privacy Policy
• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
• AdMob and Google privacy

5. Why we use this data

• Serve ads in our games through Google AdMob.
• Personalize ads where legally allowed, using the advertising ID.
• Measure ad performance and prevent invalid or fraudulent ad traffic.

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising IDs are shared with Google AdMob only for the purposes above.

6. Your choices

Android

• Open Settings > Privacy > Ads (wording may vary by device).
• Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization.
• You can also visit Google Ads Settings.

iOS

• Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for our games or for all apps.
• Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising to turn off personalized ads from Apple.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent message may appear before personalized ads are shown, consistent with Google’s EU User Consent Policy.

7. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact orcai.br@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Retention and security

orcAI does not store advertising IDs on our own servers. The advertising ID lives on the device and is sent to Google AdMob when ads are requested. Google determines how long that data is kept under its own policies. Ad requests are transmitted using industry standard encrypted connections provided by the SDK.

9. International transfers

Google may process advertising data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Where required, Google applies its own transfer safeguards as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict certain data, or to object to personalized advertising. Because we do not keep player accounts, the most effective controls are resetting or deleting your advertising ID and using the ad settings listed above. 11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, AdMob setup, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of our games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
